At FidaTiara, we take pride in crafting each bag with care and quality. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, please review our refund and return policy below.
- Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Only ready-stock items are eligible for return. Custom orders (made-to-order, personalized, or embroidered items) are not eligible for return or refund.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized bags
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at fidatiara@gmail.com with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide the return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
